My interest in Ghana began after a conversation with a friend from Ghana. Curious to learn more, I started researching the country and discovered its former name, the Gold Coast. The name immediately captured my imagination and never left me. It felt elegant, timeless and rich in history.

Years of travelling had left me with unforgettable memories of places shaped by minerals and salt, including the Dead Sea, the pink salt lakes of Torrevieja and the salt lake of Larnaca. Experiencing their waters and natural mud left a lasting impression and deepened my appreciation for the remarkable power of nature.

Over time, those experiences came together to inspire the creation of Gold Coast Origins.
